On the morning of 6 November Robin Wood activists simultaneously abseiled from three bridges near Lüneburg. Like this they blocked the CASTOR rail route for 6 hours until they were brought down by a police mountain rescue unit. One female activist, 26-year-old French citizen, Cecile Lecomte, known for several spectacular protest abseilings in connection with anti-nuclear actions, was arrested and kept in custody for three and a half days in a sobering out cell of a police barracks far away from the protest action, claiming afterwards that police mistreated her.
