with the motto "forego art" , 300 students wrapped the 40 monuments in Vienna on wednesday night. this action was to draw attention to the tight budget of the art universities in Austria. the police arrived, took personal details and personally removed the "wrapping". on a few monuments they had to go go back 3 times, as these kept being wropped again by activists when the police weren"t looking.
