Protests mark the second Iraq invasion anniversary, bringing together almost 2500 people against the war at a demonstration in Vienna. Other issues brought up by the protesters were cuts in education and in the social system. It was mostly left-wing groups that had called for the day of action that was taking place in a number of European countries. Among the demonstrators, there were also several Chechen refugees demanding the end to agression against their country.
