pga (peopleīs global action) was founded in 1998. the idea of a
world wide acting network which stands up against neoliberalism, was created by the Zapatist movement in Chiapas. with the successful blockade against the worldbank summit ī99 in Seattle, pga made itīs way on the public agenda. in 2004 pga mobilized against the wto-summit in Geneva
