An interview with Paul Fiala, spokesmen of Austrian conscientious objectors doing an alternative service
According to a decision by the Supreme Court for Constitutional Cases (VfGH), young men having completed their alternative service but not received sufficient payments to cover their expenses for provisions are entiteled to apply for a supplemental allowance.
