Believe it or not, five years have passed since federal chancellor Schüssel und his crowd were crowling through a hidden subterranean passage to the presidential office, where the ministers' inauguration took place. It was only a core group of citizens in resistance that came to claim their place on Ballhausplatz again. In a performance, activists paved the government's way with cuspidors and the results of their term of office.
