Ute Bock speaks about the actual financial crisis of the "Association Refugee Project Ute Bock". For 8 years now Mrs. Ute Bock and her association are running about 70 housing projects for homeless refugees. They support asylum seekers in terms of legal questions concerning the asylum procedure and they offer psychological support. This idealistic initiative bases mainly on gratuitous work and is financed mainly by donations. Nowadays this social project is without alternative to many people. For her engagement Ute Bock received various prices for human rights.
