F13 (action day focussing on the situation of the homeless, introduced by the Vienna street magazine 'Augustin' and taking place every Friday 13th.). Members permanent breakfast during a performance on §78 of the traffic regulation. The rule is prohibiting 'unfounded standing-around' – a regulation which perfectly suits the police to get punks and homeless out of the shopping areas.
