The video is focussing on the referendum against the leftwing president on the 15th of august 2004 in Venezuela which was initiated by the rightwing opposition. The first part of the video tries to give an overview over the venezuelian history. The second part shows the reaction of the people after the promulgation of the results in the morning of the 16th of august.
